2–5 business days in the US and UK — everything ships from domestic warehouses, not overseas.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order dispatches. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
What's your returns policy?
30 days from delivery, for any unused item in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Full details in our refund policy.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
Email us a photo of the damage with your order number and we'll ship a free replacement. You don't need to post the damaged item back.
How do I pick the right size for my pet?
Every product page includes a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, size up — and if it doesn't fit, returns are free of hassle within 30 days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing it, before it enters processing. Email us immediately with your order number and the change you need.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all processed securely by Shopify.
