Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Cutepets Club.

30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, email domantasportfolio@gmail.com with your order number — we'll reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us a photo with your order number. We'll send a free replacement first — you won't need to return the damaged item.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools and opened pet bedding can't be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
